I want to pray by the seaside
Anonymous asked: can u explain to me what a dua is?
Dua in Islam is a supplication-basically asking God for whatever you want or need to have/or to be protected from. It’s like a prayer, but instead, in Islam, prayer or Salat صلاة has movements and expressions you say in order, and you can’t make changes in it. While Dua دعاء is like a soliloquy, something between you and God, which does not require anything precise to say. You simply ask what you want without fear that the way you asked was somehow erred. Every person speaks to God as he can and know. And it’s a big deal in Islam because Allah s.w.t (God) said in Quran: “Call upon Me; I will answer your" "إدعوني أستجب لكم".
He has set free the two seas meeting together. There is a barrier between them. They do not transgress.(Quran, 55:19-20)
